We’re following UK Government guidelines & taking action to keep you safe.

Steps taken to make group practice safe

  • I have decreased capacities to allow for appropriate space between each mat.

  • We will be conducting temperature checks of all our teachers & students. Please don’t be offended by us doing this, each time you arrive.

  • Your teachers will sanitise between every class with EPA registered products.

  • Hand sanitisers are available at the entrance & inside the studio.

  • We will keep the doors open to let airflow through. When the weather gets colder, we’ll need to rethink this.

  • You must bring your own mat & props. The studio’s props are not available yet.

  • Pre-booking is absolutely required.

When you arrive

  • Please leave your shoes outside prior to entering the studio and apply the hand sanitizer provided before entering the studio (if there is another student on the steps, please wait outside and allow them to enter the studio before you come into the studio.)

  • Please wait for anyone left from a previous class to exit before trying to come in.

  • Proceed directly to the practice area and lay your own mat, distanced from other students. You should bring your own mat & props for the foreseeable. There are no props in the studio.

When class concludes:

  • Please exit one at a time, gather your belongings and move outside, please depart promptly, as your teacher has cleaning & risk assessment duties to attend to.

  • If you have reserved back to back classes, you will need to leave the studio to allow for thorough cleaning between classes and will be invited back in 15 minutes prior to your next class.

  • Important! Because of contamination risk, a lost and found will not be maintained and any personal items left will be disposed of at the end of the day.

  • Please put your shoes on outside the studio. (If it is raining we will re think on the day)

  • Toilet use:  During the period of extra health precautions, to limit exposure, we recommend using the restroom prior to coming to class.

  • If you need to use the restroom during class, please wipe down everything you touch, with the viricidal sprays & please wash your hands thoroughly.

  • Cancellations: because of drastically reduced class sizes, we require 24 hours cancellation notice by all students including those on an unlimited plans. In the instance of less than that, any single class credits will not be re-credited, class pack credits will not be re-credited .

  • Fusion Yoga Studio is a public facility, in which airborne viruses may be present. By attending classes in the studio you are agreeing not to hold the studio liable for any illness which may be contracted by visiting the studio & being in proximity with others & also for any allergic reactions to airborne remnants of cleaner within the studio.

  • Student/Instructor Rules & Protocols: Social distancing is always to be maintained between students and students and the instructor. This will limit capacity.

  • Face coverings may be worn by instructors and students.

  • Symptoms: when you enter the studio, you certify that you have not been in close contact with a confirmed case of COVID-19, are not experiencing a cough, shortness of breath or sore throat, have not had a fever in the last 48 hours and have not had vomiting or diarrhoea in the last 24 hours.

  • Staff: Instructors are required to take their temperature at home prior to leaving for the studio and to report any temperature 37.6C or higher to the owner. In the event of teacher illness, classes may be cancelled on short notice.

  • Arrival Times: The studio opens to students 10 minutes before class time – please do not arrive early, do not come onto the steps and entrance foyer until you see the previous class empty & move off the steps into the carpark.

  • To allow for plenty of time for our new health and safety procedures, please arrive a minimum of 10 minutes before your class starts. Because of our new cleaning and health protocols, we are not able to accommodate late arrivals.
