Meet Your Teacher
Lisa Simpson
Hi, I’m Lisa. My yoga journey began about 18 years ago when I attended my first yoga class. I will always be a student of yoga, but my teaching journey began in 2013 when I completed my foundation 200hrs YTT with Sun Power Yoga School.
Shortly after I opened a Yoga Studio in Derbyshire. As a busy mum to 5 children this was no small feat but I took a leap of faith and followed my calling to share these teachings, as part of my greater purpose in life. It has since been 10 years with a wonderful community of yogis and the greatest fulfilment.
In Feb 2020, I completed my 300hrs YTT Vinyasa & Yin Yoga in India, under the guidance of my teacher Julia Gavin of Palm Trees Yoga School. Julia entrusted me to deliver her 200 hour yoga teacher training course while I developed my own teacher training content. I am now very pleased to have had my own YTT manual certified under the new enhanced Yoga Alliance teacher training requirements.
Fusion School of Yoga was born in 2022! I am honoured to be able to encourage others to follow their callings too, and to facilitate the beginning of your teaching journey, knowing the life changing impact it has had on my life and the potential it holds for you too. I look forward to welcoming you to my studio in Derbyshire, and my wonderful community of YTT graduates.

Your investment for Yoga Teacher Training is £2600. An £800 (non-refundable) deposit is required to secure your place.
This includes all your Manuals, Exams and all your Food and Accommodation during the Week Intensive Residential.

Successful completion of Anatomy, Philosophy and Practical Assessments.
Committed Yoga practice, with the submission of a yoga journal for the duration of this course.

This course is designed for, and works best when students are able to attend every training module in person. You will receive far more from your investment with face to face learning, greater confidence and understanding.
In extreme circumstances we may be able to accommodate your needs for online learning for a small part of the course.

- You want to refine your practice on the physical level in terms of asana alignment, anatomy and technique, as well as the subtle level of awareness, subtle energy and looking within
- You want a semi-intensive way of learning in an immersive environment and you learn well by watching, doing, repeating, and practice, practice, practice
You must be ready and able to fully immerse yourself in our wonderful 7 day residential, with no distractions, and then have the ability to attend all 6 weekends.
